The Department for Environment Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) has announced amendments set to take effect on April 30th Impacting the way plants are imported into the country. These changes mark a pivotal moment for plant importers and distributors, necessitating proactive adjustments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. In the past, we used to transport plants twice a week, specifically on Mondays and Thursdays. However, due to the updated regulations mandated by DEFRA, which have resulted in stricter import protocols, Floribunda has been compelled to revise its transportation schedule to only Mondays. This adjustment not only conforms to the updated import regulations but also enhances our logistical efficiency.
